Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Insight Lab (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Insight Lab provides daily AI intelligence briefings and analysis delivered via email and a web platform. The Service includes access to curated news, research summaries, breaking news alerts, the digest archive, and related tools.

3. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use at legal@aiinsightlab.cloud

4. Subscription Plans

AI Insight Lab is currently in beta. During beta, full Pro access — including the daily digest, breaking news alerts, and the full archive — is available to every subscriber at no cost. No credit card is required.

Paid tiers and enterprise pricing will be introduced after beta. Existing subscribers will receive notice and the option to choose a tier (or remain on the free tier) before any charges begin. See the current pricing page for live details.

5. Payment and Billing

• No fees are charged during beta
• If and when paid tiers launch, subscriptions will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle
• Any fees, once charged, are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers

6. Cancellation

You may cancel or unsubscribe at any time — there is no retention dance. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any digest email, or manage your account from the account page. Cancellations take effect immediately during beta; once paid tiers launch, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service (digests, analysis, tools, designs) is owned by AI Insight Lab or its licensors. You may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes outside of normal personal or internal-business use
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Train machine-learning models on our content without permission

Sharing a single digest with a colleague or quoting a short excerpt with attribution is fine.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Resell or redistribute our content
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service for other users

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

Content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional, financial, legal, or investment advice. Always verify before acting on anything you read.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Insight Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. For non-violation terminations, we'll give reasonable notice and let you export your data first.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to active subscribers and reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law
